Maks became an AKC Champion!! I didn't buy Maks as a show dog. I bought him to introduce the LUA genetics to my line and other lines that were interested in this genetic advantage. He turned out to be so much more than that. He finished with three majors and a Group Two!

On May 1, 2011 one day before he turned 11 months old Maks earned his Championship! He is now Ch Rim Rock Stocklore Mystic Maks. I am very please with how Maks is growing up. Here are some new pictures.

I am pleased to introduce Maks who carries two copies of the LUA gene. To date there are a very small number of homozygous LUA Dalmatians in existance. Thank you Dr. Robert Schaible for allowing me to own this wonderful Dal.
Maks first show
Maks went to his first shows at 4.5 months old and took Reserve Best Puppy in Show. I had never taken him to any classes before that and he barely knew how to walk on a lead but since I was there with Bizzi I thought I would show him also. He is such a willing to please puppy that whatever I asked him to do he did. Gotta love that! Here are a couple pictures taken of him in the ring. Lighting was not good but here they are anyway.
Baby Maks
Maks pictured at approx. 11 weeks old. He is bilateral hearing from an all bilateral litter of 7. He also has very, very dark eyes as did all his littermates. He does not carry the gene for lemon and is not liver factored. He is very mellow and sweet.
